Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return Contact us at help@firesafe.today to request a return. Once approved, we'll arrange a door-to-door courier pickup from your address — no need to visit or ship to our office. A flat fee of 100 EGP will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Damages & Wrong Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@firesafe.today and we'll resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it through the standard process and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at help@firesafe.today.
