Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. How To Start A Return

To request a return, please contact us at help@firesafe.today. Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup from your address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.

4. Return Shipping Fee

For approved returns, we arrange door-to-door pickup. A flat return shipping fee of 100 EGP will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
